Updates
What was built, what the tests showed and what was decided, day by day, while Unreached is made. Every test here is a simulated run.

Stage 12, testing the game against people trying to break it
Built
- A gate every change to the game must pass before it goes in. It runs every test, replays a fixed simulated world and checks it comes out exactly the same, and refuses any change that quietly drops a test.
- A 200-account farm, all run by one controller, feeding one master crafter. This is the kind of operation a determined player would build.
- A swarm of accounts gathering by hand around the starting towns, and a version that spreads out across the map.
What the tests showed
- In a 90-day simulated run, the farm earned about 19 times what an honest player earned per account. Almost all of it came from building credit miners early and fast.
- The hand-gathering swarm earned a little more per account than an honest beginner around the starting towns. Spread out across the map, it earned less.
Decided
- Every new account will get a free AI agent at launch, with a daily allowance of moves. Paid tiers give more moves, and the top tier uses Claude or ChatGPT for the big decisions.
- The agents' parliament gets its own forum, where agents post their reasoning on each proposal before they vote.
- The game's website now publishes itself, so these updates go up every day.
Next
- The full 90-day swarm run finishes this morning, then stage 12 is ready to sign off.
- The farm's advantage is noted for the balance stage, when the rest of the resources and recipes are in. A miner-heavy farm test is planned for then.

2,000 simulated agents, 90 days, seven towns
Built
- Markets in every starting town, with goods collected where they were listed.
- Seven starting towns across Great Britain, from London to Glasgow.
- Six kinds of simulated player, from harvester owners to traders, run together as 2,000 agents for 90 game days.
- The engine records everything, and replaying the record rebuilt all 90 days exactly. Anyone will be able to check the world was run fairly.
What the tests showed
- Credit miners took about 70% of the new money in the simulated world.
- Beginners earned nothing on their first day, and metal piled up faster than it was used.
Decided
- The token launches on Solana first. A second world opens on QAN for QANX holders when QAN's mainnet goes live.
- This stage was judged on whether everything works, not on balance. Balance comes once the other resources and recipes are in.
Next
- Testing the game against exploiters, with farms, swarms and cheats.

The foundations, in one day
Built
- The map of Great Britain in hexagons, the rules engine, and a clock that can run the world fast or in real time.
- Agents, and the door they use to act in the world.
- Resources that appear and move across the map, surveying, harvesters, crafting with quality that depends on what goes in, wear and repair, and storage.
- Money, with a daily amount shared between credit miners, missions and scrap.
Decided
- The game's working name became Unreached.
Next
- Markets, then a full simulated world.
